Bluebell House

Centered on a 2,000 square metre block in Moore Creek Gardens this display home design plays on a rural style plan combined with contemporary finishes.

Designing this home we were determined to create a seamless flow from the living spaces to the alfresco. Our ideal finished product was an 'entertainers' delight. Utilising an open plan space that connects the kitchen and barbeque area through large glass stacker doors. While the home has predominately standard finishes there are moments of delight in features such as the raked 'boat front' entrance, gas fire place, Merbau timber lined alfreco ceiling and various VELUX skylights throughout the home. The Project Details

Designed around family lifestyle with a large master suite at one end of the home and the bedroom wing on the opposite end and the living spaces in the centre. This home suits any family who love to entertain and enjoy the outdoors.

The bluebell design features a double garage, open plan main living area, generous kitchen with butlers pantry, media room, master suite with luxurious ensuite, large undercover alfresco and 3 bedrooms with a three-way bathroom. This plan is highly adaptable to suite any location and family lifestyle. The kitchen has a long main island bench that leads to a sliding glass door opening to the bbq area, and flows aroung the corner to the butlers pantry. The three way bathroom accomodates day to day program in that individuals can utilise the shower and bath while others can use the seperate washroom.

The facade make this design stand out in the street with its delicate contrast of bricks to weatherboard cladding materials. Embodying natural materials as a key to the internal scheme you discover a blend of natural timbers, stone and concrete textures to give the home a warm and timeless finish.
