Eight Rodeo Drive

Blending the style of Hamptons and modern Australian ranch this home nestles perfectly into the Tamworth rural landscape.

Dunst Bros approached our project with nothing but enthusiasm. Cameron and Kaitlyn were instrumental in our home coming together. I would definitely recommend Dunst to anyone looking for a quality build and a team willing to work on a project outside the usual scope. Head carpenter on site, Mitch Elliot was fantastic to deal with. Particularly as I was rarely onsite. FaceTime and photos allowed us to make quick decisions on the run and keep the team moving on the project. H & D Elliott

The Project Details

Designed by Andrew Barnayak and very much from the mind of the homeowner this design was brought to Dunst Bros to be made a reality. A structural challenge the grand central living space features a vaulted, v-joint lined ceiling with eight dorma windows that capture the gorgeous northern sun and sweeping views from every angle.

This home was an exciting collaboration between client and builder to create something truly unique. Boasting two master suites, generous central living area, kitchen and outdoor entertaining spaces. The home also has 3 other bedrooms with a separate lounge room retreat, a study, laundry, mud room and a separate 3 bay garage. All connected by extensive verandahs, this design embodies everything to live the ideal luxurious rural lifestyle.

French doors by Versalite flow to the alfresco space while maintaining privacy from neighbors in the ‘H’ shape design. The homeowner has perfectly finished the home with their own colour scheme, selections and furnishings with the help of our local, trusted and devoted suppliers.

The gorgeous ‘shaker’ door kitchen was built be MTJK Kitchens with 2-Pac cabinetry and a matte Essastone bench-top. Tiles throughout the home were chosen from Amber Tiles. Tap-ware, bath and accessories were supplied from Tradelink. The timber floating floor was sourced from Carpet Court Tamworth. The large central fireplace was hand clad by local stonemason Phil Sanderson.
